Jacob was referred to me along with a couple other insurance brokers. I was looking for umbrella, home and car policies. My initial impression was that he was nice and professional. The next time we spoke he walked me through what he had found and it was by far the best option for me. What has set Jacob apart is the service that came after our second meeting. He has been very proactive communicating with my realtor, lender and myself on any developments with the insurance. He’s been open to answering questions that helped me but didn’t include any financial benefit for himself. During my home buying process Jacob has made it so that my insurance needs were never a point of stress. It’s been a pleasure working with him and plan to continue to do so in the future.
